Continental Breakfast
The breakfast consists of a delicious assortment of fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices; combined with warm and friendly conversation, and guest speakers that inspire and inform; this is definitely the place to be every third Thursday of each month!

Regarding Breakfast: Please be reminded that 48 hours cancellation notice is required. No-shows will be charged for breakfast.

Non-members may attend twice before being asked to become a member. A ‘Members Only’ table is available free of charge, for members to display their products or services.
NETWORKING TIPS FROM SWAN
Members enjoy countless opportunities to connect with key business leaders in all sectors, locally and nationally.
    1. Every time you attend an event, introduce yourself to someone you don't know.
    2. Never stay in a conversation with one person or group for more than five minutes.
    3. Take the initiative to make introductions in a group setting.
    4. Look for areas of common interests - don't just pitch yourself or your interests.
    5. Get involved in professional organizations, like SWAN.
    6. Always have your business cards with you & always ask others for their cards
    7. Networking is two-way: find ways to help someone else and build relationships with people you like, not just those you find useful.
