To become a member of SWAN or renew your current membership, please follow the link below to our online form. The information will be sent to the chapter of your choice for processing. Once your membership payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your login and password information where you will be able to access the SWAN membership Directory and other tools exclusive for members.

If you would prefer to fill out the membership form by hand, please download and complete the form in full. Mail it along with your cheque made payable to 'SWAN' and one (1) business card to the chapter of your choice .
